World Health Day message:
Today is World Health Day and my message is of proactivity and prevention. Make sure that you exercise, make sure you rest well, make sure you sleep well and also make sure that you vaccinate yourself.
Health management tips?
The pandemic has taught us to be a lot more health conscious. So, what we can do to manage our overall health
No1 ,we must eat a balanced diet
No 2, we must exercise regularly and in a consistent way
No3, we must manage our sleep. At least 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday
And No 4, we must manage our stress
And No 5, we must make sure that any medications we take, we take them regularly and in a consistent way
